When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and any necessary follow-up. Please do not include sensitive health or payment information.
Webinar registration on another site
Our webinar links open a separate registration service at prosunfun.protai.com.tw, powered by BombMy. Its form asks for your name, phone number and email address to reserve a session and send confirmation, access details and reminders. Those fields are submitted on that external site, not through this website’s contact form. The platform and event organiser may process them; the external service may use cookies. BombMy publishes a privacy policy on its own website. Please read it before submitting. We have not verified the registration data’s retention period or whether it is passed to IPPONGI for other purposes.

The form is processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam; Cloudflare processes verification data. Your name, email address and message are sent through Resend to our customer support inbox for a reply. Resend processes these details to provide email delivery. We do not sell enquiry details or use them for marketing without separate consent.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page views and site performance. It does not use cookies. This site does not separately record individual clicks on shop or webinar links, and does not send contact form names, email addresses or messages to site analytics.
